GUIDANCE FOR SPAS, MASSAGE THERAPISTS AND PERSONAL SERVICES

Governor Ducey announced spas, massage therapists and personal services may resume operations with physical distancing, sanitation procedures and operational adjustments, as set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).

Occupancy percentage limitations expire. Spas must continue to implement physical distancing and mask protocols.

Spas, massage therapists and personal services may resume operations and take the additional steps recommended by ADHS. 

Arizona guidance includes wearing gloves during face treatments, encouraging face masks for treatments not involving the face and discouraging the use of shared items such as magazines.
