ARIZONA HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE FUND

州长Ducey and the Arizona Department of 住房 launched a one-time program to help keep low-income homeowners in their homes. 的 Homeowner Assistance Fund was established with funds from the American Rescue Plan Act and will help with mortgage payments and home-related expenses. While intended to prevent foreclosure, homeowners may also use the funds for past due 公用事业公司 and internet services, 房产税, 保险, HOA fees and more.

  • Income equal to or less than 150% of the area median income
  • Experienced a financial hardship after Jan. 21, 2021

 

Homeowners who have experienced financial hardship related to 新型冠状病毒肺炎 may work with ADOH counselors on their applications.

ARIZONA EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Department of Treasury provided $492 million to the state of Arizona as part of a 新型冠状病毒肺炎 relief package. 的 Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) was award $289 million to directly support large cities and counties for direct payments for rent, 租金欠款, 公用事业公司, 效用欠款, and other expenses related to housing stability incurred due to the 新型冠状病毒肺炎 pandemic.

 

DES will serve Apache, Cochise, Coconino, 毒蜥, 格雷厄姆, Greenlee, 拉巴斯, 纳瓦霍人, 圣克鲁斯, Pinal, Mohave and Yavapai counties. Residents in these counties may apply for housing and 公用事业公司 assistance starting February 23, 2021.

Arizona Eviction Prevention Assistance

拯救我们的家园 (“SOHAZ”) Program offers Principal Reduction Assistance, Monthly Mortgage Subsidy Assistance for under and unemployed Arizonans and Second Lien Elimination Assistance to qualified Arizona homeowners. 的 program’s goal is to aid Arizona’s homeowners in avoiding foreclosure by assisting with mortgage affordability (a payment that does not exceed 31 percent of gross income) inclusive of 房产税 and Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees. Your lender's agreement to participate may be required, since mortgage assistance is provided directly to lenders on the homeowner’s behalf.
